tender for opening the chocking of delivery line of pump set no. 2,3 & 6 at bharat nagar sps.; 1 closing of 600mm dia suction and delivery valve of pump set no.2,3& 6 with the help of heavy manual labour to avoid flooding from suction side in the dry sump. 2 dismantling of bend & long vertical pipe of 600mm size delivery line & bend between delivery valve & vertical pipe as per site requirement to de slit the delivery line, cutting all the rusted nuts and bolts by using grinder, gas cutter & other required tool & tackles and demolishing the required amount of cc foundation of the bend, taking out the vertical pipe & bend with the help of heavy manual labour. 3 fixing of dead flanges at open end of delivery side header of pipeline after removing of bend & at open end of interconnection of delivery line and header line to avoid flooding from wet sump & back flow from main header of 1100mm dia. 4 cleaning of silt accumulated inside the delivery line of the pump set with the help of required tools and tackles and manual labour. the job also includes lifting the silt from the dry sump which is app 15 mtr deep and dumps the same in the low land area inside the premises of the sps as per direction of engineer in charge. 5 dewatering contained sewage water in the main header line of 1100mm dia. 6 re-fixing of bend & vertical pipe of 600mm size delivery line & bend after cleaning of silt with the help of manual labour and fixing new nut bolts as per requirement. the job also including making of the civil foundation of the bend for proper strength of bend & vertical pipe. 7 opening of 600mm suction valve & delivery valve of the pump set no.2,3&6 with the help of manual labour including testing & commissioning of the pump sets on load for satisfactoryperformance of the pump set after connection of electrical cable for the motor & slipring etc.
