procurement gas generator set , supply of gas generator , design, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing at shop, packing and supply of complete equipment for radiator cooled, one no. 150 kva (prime rated) gg set with all auxiliaries e.g., exhaust pipe with structural, amf panel etc. and accessories complete in all respect. supply & supervision of installation of one no. gas generator set with amf panel acoustic enclosure arrangements as per codes, standards, datasheet & specifications. details of gg set with amf panel: - one no. 150kva, 415v, 0.8pf, gg set with amf panel, including accessories, e.g. metering with gas pressure regulator, silencer & exhaust piping with supporting structure, gg shall be as per cpcb /state pollution control board regulation requirements, including commissioning spares for gg set system & commissioning spares for amf control panel. supply items including, loading, unloading & transportation at rupkhelia compressor station, assam. supply including of all other required materials to satisfactory working of gg power supply system. the supply including the free service period for one year. gg set installation shall be approved/noc from local statutory authorities, which includes the electrical inspector, state & central pollution control boards for noise level & environmental impact requirement, ccoe/peso for hazardous & safety requirements, present pollution control requirements & ngt as per requirements etc. hook up, startup & commissioning spares – cost of all start up and commissioning spares required will be deemed included in the cost of supply. operational & maintenance spares – the following spares are to be provided with the generator. the cost of the spares is deemed to be included in the cost of supply the generator set. i. spark plug: 1 set, complete (1 x no. of cylinders), per engine ii. ignition transformer/coil: over all 2 set, complete (2 x no. of cylinders) iii. set of lube oil filter elements: 2 set per engine iv. set of air filter elements: 2 set per engine v. fuel gas filter element: 02 nos. per engine vi. set of vee belts: 1 set per engine vii. tappet cover gasket: 1 complete set per engine vii metering with gas pressure regulator spare part set, , installation supervision of power & control cables for inter connection of gg set with amf panel & main panel with all other required materials to satisfactory working condition of gg set. scope also includes all works related to start-up and commissioning of the gg set. , supervision for installation and perform commissioning and testing activities for complete gg set system as per tender scope, terms and conditions.
