tender for changing of lt cable system with other allied works of set no -1 & 2 at 3rd raw water pump house (re-invite) , dismantling of defective 1000 sq mm single core cable from the main lt cable from the main lt panel after suitable checking live parts to ensure safety of the working persons & other items requiring change in the panel as required at site. , supply of 1000 mm sq x 1 core aluminium armoured cable 1.1 kv grade. make : havells/grandley/ gloster. , laying of 1000 sq mm sq cable using necessary clamps, hardware, brass compression glands, lugs etc as required at site , termination of 1000 sq mm cable using necessary clamps, hardware, brass compression gland, lugs etc as required at site. , supply of gi perforated cable tray with various size(width – 600 mm,50 mm – 2 mm), including bends, tees & necessary hardware as required at site. , installation of cable tray with non welded joints and structures. requirement of cable tray shall be decided as per cable size with necessary hardware like angle, nut bolts & fastner etc as required at site. , connection between main lt panel to motor/starter with the 1000 sq. mm x 1 core cable & suitable thimbles, lugs & glands etc as required at site. , testing and commissioning of cable from lt panel as per required parameter include following: i. continuity earth test ii. meggaring of all equipment for phase to phase, phase to neutral and phase to earth. iii. conducting all function test.
