tender for work of leakage repair and other allied works in uwss kishangarhbass under division bhiwadi ncr - maintainence of pipelines irrespective of size and material which includes repairing of bursts and leakages pollution control, survey and removal ofchoking, disconnection of illegal connections of uwss kishangarhbass under division bhiwadi ncr sl. no. item description 1 maintenance of pipelines irrespective of size &material which includes repairing of bursts &leakages pollution control, survey & removal ofchoking, disconnection of illegal connections,collection & recording minimum 10 nos. residualchlorine samples during daily supply timings,interconnections and all works related to pipelinenetwork in existing distribution /rising main pipe linesof all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in softand loose soil/ hard soil including cutting of black top,wbm & cc top of road of any size at work site. thiswill also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipepiece with jointing material to make repair leak proofand then refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shallbe done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with properwatering and ramming in layers. for entire jobcontractor will use their own t & p. contractor withhis own resources shall arrange de-watering,jcb &tractor compressor if any and restore any amenity athis own cost damaged while performing the work inthis item. the work includes daily patrolling and repairthe leakages within stipulated time and completemaintenance of pipe line network of rising anddistribution pipeline network within the scope of workfor per km pipe line per month.jointing material shall be provided by the department. 2 minimum labour for a following kms pipelines to bedeployed. 3 51 km to 100 km - one fitter-ii & two beldar
