providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 50000 gph x 76 mtr. head submersible pump set at tubewell no. 09 gandhi nagar-providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 50000 gph x 76 mtr. head submersible pump set at tubewell no -09 gandhi nagar of the following specifications:- 1. pump bowl assembly: the bowl should be of close grained cast iron confirming to grade fg-200 with renewable wearing rings.2. pump shaft& impeller: a ) the pump shaft shall be guided with bearing bushes provided with each bowl above and below the impeller.b ) the pump shaft shall be of stainless steel grade x04cr12 .c ) the material of impeller shall be stainless steel grade xcr12 .d ) the pump shaft sleeve shall be of stainless steel grade x04cr12 .3. suction case: the material of the suction case shall be close grained cast iron confirming to grade fg-200.4. coupling:mesh type rigid sleeve of stainless steel grade xcr12non slipping type with matching groove and cotter arrangement and keyway should be provided5. casing wearing ring: the material of the casing wearing shall be bronze of grade ltb4.6. submersible motor: the motor should be three phase ac supply having nominal speed of 2900 rpm, 415v ± 15 volts of frequency 50 hz ± 3% and power rating of the motor shall be as per standard size. the motor shall be totally enclosed squirrel cage induction type, water cooled and sealed against outside water being pumped. the windings shall be wet type water lubricated and provided with metal tilted thrust pad designed to take up all untoward load to most unfavorable running conditions.7. acceptable make: kirlosker / ksb / grundfos / kalama the job further includes dismantling and checking of adjustment of thrust pad, rotor bushes, checking of smooth rotation, checking of adjustment of pump shaft for proper tolerance, upward and downward movement, reassembling of pump, coupling of pump and motor together and testing of coupled unit in testing pit. providing and fitting of one no u-shaped tie rod / clamp fabricated out of 40 mm x 6 mm ms flat that is to be fitted with submersible pumpset with the help of heavy duty bolts and nuts welded on both ends of the clamp as per the requirement for pump set. job includes fabrication of one number expander / reducer nipple for nrv of required size to be fabricated out of ms pipe threaded at one end and flanged at the other end. fitting of reducer / expander nipple with 150 mm dia. column pipe at one end with flange joint and with the discharge outlet ( nrv ) of the submersible pump at other end. extracting out old submersible pumpset, lowering of this new submersible pumpset and then checking it properly for specified amperage. whole job includes the cost of material, labour charges, other unforeseen material, transportation charges including manual carriage, charges of tools and tackles required for execution of job and testing at site.
