supply, installation, testing and commissioning of various line materials for improvement cum stabilization of electrical network under district capex budget-pri grants ( 2022-23 ) work items identified; 2 supply,installation ,testing and commisioning of 9mtr long steel tubular poles complete with base plate(300x300x5mm), top cap, including digging of pit (1/6th of pole height) positioning etc, complete in all respect as per rec standard. 3 supply,installation ,testing and commisioning of8 mtr long steel tubular poles complete with base plate(300x300x5mm), top cap, including digging of pit (1/6th of pole height) positioning etc, complete in all respect as per rec standard. 4 supply,laying, stringing, tensioning, binding of 50 sqmm acsr conductor complete in all respects as per rec standards. 5 supply, laying, stringing, tensioning, binding of 30 sqmm acsr conductor complete in all respects as per rec standards. 6 supply carraige upto site, fixing of gi v cross arm & gi f top with clamps duly fabricated as per site requirement including clamps(50x6 mm),gi nuts & bolts,washers etc complete in all respects as per rec standards. 7 supply,carraige upto site,installation,testing and commissioning of 11 kv porecelain composite pin insulators 12 kv.5kn, lighting impulse 75 kv positive and 80 kv negative, creepage distance 320mm complete in all respects as per rec standards 8 supply,carraige upto site and installation of gi mukhi clamp for shackle insulators. 9 supply,carraige upto site and installation of 16kn shackle insulators. 10 cement bottoming of s t poles in 1:2:4 mix,up to 1/6th plantation depth of polebelow ground, 9 above ground,circular with radius 6 around the pole girth/surface ,top surface tappered outwards0.5 cum/pole as per the diagram given in technical specifications. 11 earthing of steel tubular poles complete by gi pipe 40mm or gi rod 20mm 2.5mtr long through gi strip. 12 painting of poles with one coat of red oxide (1ltr/pole) and two coats of alimunium paint (1ltr/pole). 13 supply and fixing of anti climbing device as per rec standards 14 supply and fixing of danger plates as per rec standards
