providing and fitting of spares / accessories to departmental vehicle no.jk02bu-6692.- 1 complete fservicing of the vehicle: the job includes chemical flushing before filling of fresh engine oil to the engine. the job further includes providing & changing / replacement of m-oil ( 15w40 synthetic blend, 6ltrs ) , transmission oil ( 80w90 ) 2 ltrs ) , element air filter, nylon mesh filter, oil filter and fuel filter. the job also includes providing & topping off of brake fluid reservior with brake fluid dot4 200 ml and consumable dhoti cloth is also included thereof. 2 four wheel checking / repairs along with steering correction: the job inlcudes repairs to front wheel discs and rear wheel brake drums by means of machining on lathe machine along with replacement of brake pads ( 02 set ) , caliper kit ( 01 set ) , rear wheel brake lining ( 02 set ) andwheel oil seals kit. the job also includes steering correction, four wheel alignement, balancing and tread flipping of all tyres. providing of consumables i.e wheel bearing grease 0.5 kg, brake oil 200ml, steering oil 300ml, dhoti cloth, diesel etc are thereoff included. 3 complete suspension check and replacment of suspension bushing kit and tie rod extension assy. the job includes complete check / inspection of suspension components ( front / rear shock absobers, balance rod, control arm, steering kuckle, struts etc ) , providing and replacing offront suspension bushing kit, leaf spring bush kit, leaf spring center bolts ( 02 no. ) and tie rod extension assy. ( providing of all the consumables itmes required therein to carry out the job is included. ) 4 electrical & other miscellaneous works: the job included providing and fitting , 12 volt headlight bulb ( 01 nos. ) , door rubber seal ( 01 set ) , tail light bulb ( 12v, 01 no. ) , t horn, and lt wire ( 5 m , 1.5mm, electrical insulation tape is included ) , the job further includes removal of the old damaged water reservoir, providing & fitting of new reservoir and connecting of the hoses leading to the water spray nozzels. the job also includes removal of the old worn out wiper blades and providing and fitting of new set of wiper blades.
