( 01 set ) , light vertical multistage centrifugal pump, model-cdl211, cap-2.0 cu mtr / hr. kw-1.1, rpm-2900, head-82m with all accessories like electrical control panel foundation structure etc. , dismantling of perlins g.i sheeting at munderwa unit for taking out syrop sulphitor & sulphur furnaces equipment from its strutures & foundation for dragging up to loading point. , after talking out syrup sulphitor, sulphur furnace etc. from its foundation & structure at munderwa unit perlins & g.i sheeting will be refitted. , dismantled above mentioned equipments is to be loaded in truck at munderwa site. to be transported from munderwa ( district basti u.p. ) to unit- mohiuddinpur ( district meerut ) approx. distance 785k.m & to beunloaded at mohiuddinpur site. , dismantling & shifting of 3 nos. batch type sulphur furnaces with all accessories along with 2 nos. air blowers & clearing all obstructions like pipe lines & structures etc. at that place, making way for installation of trafferred equipment to keep at decided foundation & structures by dismantling existing pipelines & structures along with strengthening of foundation, platfarm & structures in view of errection of transferred equipments from munderwa unit at our site. for installations, new structure & foundation may be fabricated existing dismentalled pipeline & structure should be refitted in view of coming crushing season 2022-23. existing process pipelines & structures will be disturbed only with the consent of outsourcing party officers & unit responsible officers. after dismantling old equipments it should be shifted in scrapyard as directed by chief engineer unit. , errection & commissioning of above all transferred equipments atour site including structure fabrication for syrup sulphiter alongwith necessary modifications in the equipments if require as per our crushing requirement during season 22-23 & related pipelines etc. & giving satisfactory trials. , terms & condition: - , 1. civil foundation work at mohiuddinpur unit will be in the scope of upssc unit mohiuddinpur ( meerut ) . , 2. consumable like electrodes oxygen gas, tools etc. will be in the scope of contractor , 3. all types of tools & tackles used for the completion of work must be in the scope of contractor. , 4. all taxes extra as applicable. , 5. free accommodation will be arranged by the factory. , 6. payment -30% at the time material reached at our site, 50% after erection, 10% after successful trial balance 10% after one month on recommendation of c.e. , 7. all the dismantled old furnace material shall be dumped in factory scrap yard by the contractor from the dismantled place. , 8. if the factory suffers any loss directly / indirectly due to your labour during the course of the work shall be recovered from your bills. , 9. if you fail to complete the entire jobs within period the factory reserved the right to get complete the balance work by engaging the other contractors and payment to the contractor, will be deducted from your account. in the case the security money deposited towards the jobs will also forfeited. , 10. in case of any disputes the decision of the general manager shall be final and bindings. , 11. gst tax extra as applicable. , 12. if the rates stipulated in order of the mill are higher in comparison to job order / supply made by your firm to cooperative sugar mills of u.p / uttarakhand the amount due to such rate different is recoverable from the supplier / contractor charging of higher rates in comparison to other cooperative sugar factories may also make the supplier liable for cancellation of order together considering black listing your firm and for feting the security money / e.m.d. , 13. in case any accident occurs during fabrication / errection work or other associated activities undertake by the contractor, it shall be responsible of the contractor that have compensation as calculated / directed by the authorities shall be paid by the contractor to the victims / his heir in accordance with the statutory position. , 14. other respective relevant condition will remain effective as per tender documents.
