( including turning & finishing from inside & outside of hub bush ) . pinion l.h. side -01no., pinion r.h. side – 01no., pinion bush-01no. driving ring- 01no., washer loose-01kg., oil seal-01set, joint sheet-01kg. the job also includes cost of turning & finishing of pinion bush for making proper alignment and fabrication of 15 no. holes inside the driving ring and fitting of nuts & bolts 15no. each with washers. the complete job includes cost of material and labour charges. 1.02 drr 2957 speedcraft repairs to fuel injection pump by complete over hauling of parts such as nozzles and holder assembly, elements, delivery valve set, seal rings, washers, plungers, oil seals, coupling, gaskets, springs, shim set, fip repair kit, feed pump -01no, caliberation of pump and adjustment of nozzles etc. complete in place of worn-out parts and testing. the job also includes replacement of damaged fuel pipes i.e. fuel pipe tank to lift pump, fuel pipe lift pump to filter, fuel pipe filter to engine and fuel return pipe. the job includes cost of material and labour charges. 1.03 drr 2957 speedcraft repairs to self-starter of machine by way of removing of all damaged / worn out parts and p / f of new parts such as carbon brush set, solenoid switch, field coil, bendix drive and repair to armature by soldering etc. the job also includes cleaning & washing with petrol and testing and p / f of new fan belt. the job includes cost of material and labour charges.
