overhauling kit for 01 no 245 kv abb make circuit breakers at 220 kv s / s nanuta-1.01 overhauling and replacement of overhauling kit for drive mechenism of 245 kv abb inclides, fully discharge the closing spring in the operating mechanism by cracking so that operating link relases from closing catch gear, cleaning the mechanism housing by vaccum cleaner and then wipe it, inspect the bearing and sealing rings, loosen the bolt and dismantle the outer lever from the operating shaft, remove the circlip, pullout the operating shot and bushing that held the sealing rings in piston by means of two bolts, replace the sealing rings in the bushing and lubricate with grease, fill the space between sealing rings with grease, refit the shaft through the inner operating lever and press in the bushing with its sealing rings. fit the felt washer, circlip and outer lever, opening of dashport, closing catch gear, opening catch gear and limit switch of for charging circuit assembly. trip arm linkage with needle bearing then replace the new kit ( provided by the department ) i.e. dashpart closing catch gear, opening catch gear, switches with bracket assembly and dise, charging braket assembly and dese trip from linkage with needle bearing, spring charging motor, lubricate the spring washer in the closing dashport with grease, tighten the main shaft bolt tighten torque of 45nm and all other work to complete the work satisfacterly and disc shocking the smooth operating of breaker and also take the closing time & tripping time of breaker. 2 dismantling circuit breaker pole and replace it overhauling kit. 2.01 looseing the poles gas connecting by unscrewing nut to groove on the non return value thereafter remove the nut and sealing cap, dismantle the pull rods and protective pipes between the operating mechanism and circuit breaker pole. then left up the circuit breaker pole carefully by the suitable arrangement i.e. hydra / crane. dismantling all component of pole unit and replace of o-rings i.e. double ring, o-ring dbl, sealing ring, o-ring, x-ring, o-ring ( 22.2 x 3.0 ) and gas value ( nrv ) ( all o-rings provided by the department ) then re-assemble all the parts of pole unit and then apply vaccum and keep it 24 hrs and check no loss of vaccum and ereetion of pole unit with the help of hydra / crane, fill the sf-6 gas up to specified value and check the operating of breaker and also timing of breaker and all other associated work to complete the work satisfacterly.
