amc of epabx with intercom sets system at delhi state cancer institute (east), dilshad garden, delhi; providing services of technicians towards attending complaints of epabx (make-syntel) with telephone sets (intercom system) at various sections/floor and rectifying the same including replacement of faulty accessories like brokenports, telephone handset receiver wires/jack etc and dusting, checking, servicing of racketc.as required to keep the system in healthy condition at dsci (east)during hospital hours on all workingdays/holidays as permitted by hospital authority. engineer/technical/supervisor (diploma holder) 01 no. and helper/khalasi 01 no. shall be visit the site minimum 15 days per month. complaints should be attended/rectified within 24 hours from reporting time
