tender for optical fiber cable laying / construction work atatargu bridge –mud and gue village ; 2 excavating trenches as specified in laying practices of of cable, and back filling of excavated trenches after laying the plb pipe with or without protection depth 165 cm 3 laying of plb pipe 4 laying & fixing of plb with gi clamps ( inside building or area which is not exposed to sunlight ) as per specifications along with supply of gi clamps ( 4mm thickness, 25mm width ) and all installation materials. clamp spacing should be approx 1m to take care of the load. 5 ofc pulling ( upto 48f ) 6 dwc pipe ( upto 100mm o.d ) laying in trenches 7 dwc pipe laying & fixing with gi clamps ( on bridge & culverts or external walls of building ) as per specifications along with supply of gi clamps ( 4mm thickness, 25mm width ) and all installation materials. clamp spacing should be approx 1m to take care oftheload. 8 providing cc protection of size 20 cmx 20 cm in the ratio of 1:2:4 for encasing plb / gi pipe / dwc pipe in roads, bridges, crossings and culverts and for low depth protection, or on wheel guard of bridge as specified in the construction practices of of cable construction, including material. 9 supply and fixing of pre-cast rcc hand hole with size 1.0m inner dia x 0.6m depth and ring thickness of 40mm made of standard 1:2:4 concrete mix. it should have split rcc cover ( with two halves ) of thickness 40mm made of cement concrete mix of 1:2:4. base should be circular rcc plate 40mmthick made of cement concrete mix of 1:2:4. scope includes required excavation, backfilling with clean sand all above operations including supply of materials. details as per specification. 10 supplying, fixing and concreting of route / joint indicator, painting and signwriting of route / joint indicators as per specification. 11 splicing of all the fibers of of cable laid ( for 24 fibres ) 12 documentation of route index diagram in soft and hard copies ( three sets of each )
