( c ) septic tank - the external sewerage outlet of toiletto be connected to 1000 ltr capacity rotationally moulded pre plumbed set pvc septic tank, the septic tank should be well embedded under earth on flat base of 150 mm thick pcc ( 1:4:8 ) including all necessary fittings required to connect the same with portable toilet as per directions of engineer in charge. ( d ) foundation base -150mm thick pcc ( 1:5:10 ) of size 2.0mx1.4m, brick work platform with 450 mm depth below ground level and 450 mm above ground level of size 1.54mx1.24m with a step of 450mm depth and 300 mm wide in complete length of front side, 100 mm pcc on top followed by 40 mm thick cc flooring, and plastered with neat coat of cement of 12 mm on all 4 surfaces of plinth base and step as per the drawing and direction of engineer in charge.
