upkeepingroutine maintenance and attending minor repair works in id, fd & pa fans & its accessories for a period of 360 days from the date of handing over of site. ; 1 charges for cleaning of deposited ash and debris from id, pa & fd fans & lube oil pump station and its surrounding areas and pa , fd & fg ducts outside the boiler structure all the ducts upto chimney to be cleaned weekly twice includingt&p’s and consumables. 2 charges for inspection and condition monitoring and attending minor repair works in id, fd & pa fans and its accessories as directed by the engineer in charges including hire charges for t&p’s and the cost of consumables.
