protection of theelectro-mechanical and allied equipment from rusting by painting at andrews ganj sewage pumping station.-strengthening / protection of the e&m equipment from rusting by painting the penstock gates, valves pumps, motors. transformers, ht/lt panels, jaal, ms railing, ms windows, drinking water lines, screen structure, cranes, lrs panels, rising main, header lines, shutters, gates and other allied equipments by using the following colour paints at andrews ganj sps (1 cane = 20 ltrs):-black 2 dark grey 3 royal blue 4 metal primer 5 light grey 6 orange 7 yellow 8 dark brown 9 painting (double coat) at the equipments mentioned at sr. no.1 by providing of compressor for spray painting including the team comprising of the (1 no. painter & 4 nos. helpers) to work 8 hrs. each shift and small petty items i.e. old dhoti, emery paper, scrabbles, scrap folding, ladder, jhullas, brush & suitable capacity etc. painting to be carried out after cleaning of the existing surface in all respect of the equipment concerned.
