tender for annual overhauling works in unit- i esp.; 1 i ) charges for overhauling of esp switchgear and field panels 1 ) cleaning of lt bus ducts, bus bars, incomer, bus coupler, outgoing breakers in esp a, b, c and d passes, id fan breakers, clc and reactor panels cleaning , cable tightness checking and termination and replacement of spares if any. 2 i ) charges for overhauling of esp switchgear and field panels 2 ) cleaning of power contactors, checking control circuits, indicating lamps, thermal overload relays, applying lubrication, tightening the power and control cables in cerm, eerm, shaft support and hopper heater modules in auxiliary control panels. 3 i ) charges for overhauling of esp switchgear and field panels 3 ) cleaning of power contactors, checking control circuits, indicating lamps, thermal overload relays in 1hd panel, applying lubrication, and tightening the power and control cables in ltmsb panels. 4 i ) charges for overhauling of esp switchgear and field panels 4 ) field control cubicle, bapcon &rapcon panels cleaning, checking the control circuits , tightening the power and control cables and replacement of spares if any. 5 ii ) charges for overhauling of hvr transformers, hopper, support, shaft insulator heaters, thermostats and rapping motors.1 ) hvr terminal & marshaling box cleaning, tightness checking and termination, oil top up, silica gel, breather oil replacement and replacement of protective equipment’s if needed. 6 ii ) charges for overhauling of hvr transformers, hopper, support, shaft insulator heaters, thermostats and rapping motors.2 ) cleaning of all cerm, eerm, and gdrm rapping motors, motor terminal box tightness checking and termination, cleaning of local start / stop push buttons, observing of any abnormal noise. 7 ii ) charges for overhauling of hvr transformers, hopper, support, shaft insulator heaters, thermostats and rapping motors.3 ) cleaning of all heaters ( hopper support, shaft insulatorheaters ) , thermostats and its junction boxes, checking the cable tightness and termination and replacement of heaters if needed.
