supply, dismantling, erection and commissioning of 7kg cm2 prds pipeline -1. supply of prds -1 pipeline ( as per ibr rules and regulations ) along with the design of spring and pedestal supports required as per drg. no. b-2606 rev. no. r1 from main steam distribution header to prds -1 and from prds-1 to turbine ejector ( pipeline 150nb x sch 100 ( material grade sa 335 p22 ) ) approximate length of this part is 60 mtrs.2. dismantling of prds old pipeline.3. supply and fitting of de-superheating nozzle.4. fitting of all the mountings and accessories as existing.5. dismantling of supports, railing and structure whatever necessary for fitting of pipeline. 6. bends material grade- sa 234 gr wp 22. 7. erection of prds pipeline, supports, railings and structure. 8. permission for repair and maintenance of prds pipeline and to put the boiler in service after the hydraulic testing before start of crushing season.9. stress reliving, radiography & hydraulic testing as per ibr requirement along with ibr approval.10. complete work in all respect related fabrication, erection and for fitting of supplied material as per ibr and non ibr requirement.11. make any ibr approved boiler pipe and tube manufacturer.
