repairing of 16 mva power transformer-i at 110 / 11kv surakudy sub station, electricity department karaikal- 1 dismantaling of all the accessories from the transformer, draining the oil up to required level and reassemble the dismatled accessories, top up the oil after repairing 2 loading charges at site 3 unloading charges at firms work 4 removing of defective coil after dismantaling yoke channel and lamination block 5 detailed exammination of transformer to identify the cause for the defects. 6 rewinding the hv coil ( r phase ) including all materials 7 rewinding the lv coil ( r phase ) including all materials 8 fixing the healthy and rewinded coil inclding insulation material andfixing of lamination and yoke channel 9 bracing and tapping the take off leads of new winding and formation of star connection 10 preliminary drying out the core and winding in the hot air chambe 11 overhauling the oltc mehanism and contacts ans testing the same 12 taking all the connection leads and fixing with the metal parts for both hv and lv 13 testing of ct ratio, knee point voltage required etc. 14 reconditioning of flitch plate by welding heating and threading 15 fixing of top cover and hv lv bushing and all accessories with gasket. 16 reconditioning the old ehv grade oil, testing the same for dga and top up the same 17 reassamble the dismantling accessories, top up the oil after repairing 18 complete painting of transformer with two coats of aluminum paint ( outer side ) 19 loading charges at firms work 20 unloading loading charges of the repaired unit at alloted site 21 erection, oil filteration, testing and commissing 22 charges for to & frotransporting trarnsformer along with required accessories from the site of the firmsworks& insurance for transit and storage period at firms works.
