supply of manual call points for iocl paradip sru project supply of manual call points for iocl paradip sru project as per tender docs , supply of manual call points as per bhel specification , lumpsum price for main supply and mandatory spares for manual call points as per unpriced price schedule ( annexure- [ a ] to technical specification no. py py 51817 ) for iocl-paradip standby sru project. note : 1. refer section-4 of aforesaid unpriced price schedule ( annexure-a of technical specification no. py 51817 ) . bidders have to provide list of 2-years recommended o&m spares for manual call points along with unit price of each item and upload along with price offer. bhel reserves the right to order full / partial quantity of the recommended o & m spares along with the main equipment or separately or not at all. the price shall be valid until expiry of warranty period. 2. any price decrement due to reverse auction / negotiations shall be considered by bhel on the quoted unit prices also. 3. the bid evaluation is on overall l1 basis. 4. the total lump price quoted shall be inclusive of packing & forwarding, freight and testing charges. 5. the total lump price quoted shall be exclusive of gst, third party inspection ( tpi ) and transit insurance charge. gst shall be paid extra by bhel at applicable rates.
