procurement of automatic gas meter test bench calibration facility at agcl duliajan , supply and install automatic test bench facility including training and amc , supply and install automatic test bench facility for calibration and verification of gas flow meters from g1.6-g 650 size meter using air as a medium, which includes calibration of four ( 4 ) diaphragm gas meter in line at a time, size of the test meter g1.6 to g16 & calibration of one ( 1 ) gas test bench at a time ( diaphragm, rotary, turbine & usm ) up to 1000 m³ / h flow, test bench mounting shall be manual and measurement, processes shall be automated, the test bench to be design with custom made sonic nozzles with better than ±0, 3% uncertainty to meet the requirement of oiml / en & another international standard and all other works as defined in scope of work and technical specification attached with the tender. , training three no’s of client engineers for one week at vendor factory premise for running the test bench facility ( per engineer cost ) . , bidder shall install , run and provide training to agcl team for its operations at duliajan and handover the test bench calibration facility after three months. , one year amc and extendable to another 1 year at same price , calibration of nozzles atparent factory premises
