repairs / revamping / redesign / relining , installation , maintenance , testing , and commissioning of existing electric crematorium furnace at chakratirth shamshaan ghat ujjain municipal corporation ujjain area . , 1 . all brick lining up to the bottom and heating elements are damaged / fused . 2 . body resting bricks are soiled / broken . 3 . door lifting has some problems . 4 . control panel repairs / modification / overhauling . we suggest following actions : 1 . removal of old brick and relined with new bricks . 2 . replace all the twelve heaters for better life with specially desined low watt density spirally wound , hellically shaped heaters . these heaters are made fe . cr . al alloy element wire instead of ni . cr wires . 3 . replace all body resting bricks . 4 . some minor repairing will be done during the replacement of point 1 , 2 and 3 . 5 . complete overhauling of control panel , door and trolley with required spares . maintainance of electric cremator for the next 24 months after the repair .
