ets-41 / etcj / 20-21 annual maintenance of 220kv s / s dunara , under etd jhansi annual maintenance of 220kv s / s dunara , under etd jhansi , to provide manpower assistance during preventive and breakdown maintenance of bays and line equipments , transformers , lt supply , sump house , hydrant system , mulsifre system , dg set , battery bank etc . as per instruction of substation in-charge at 220kv s / s dunara , jhansi . note:- 1 . availability of manpower assistance from 09:30 hrs to 17:30 hrs / duty chart provided by substation incharge with applicable rests as per norms for a team comprising of 02 no . tg-2 / line man and 02 no . helper / coolie . 2 . work involves regularly checking and tightening of 33kv and 132kv jumper . checking & rectification of the fault of closing and tripping ckts of different cb and isolators . replacement of damaged triping / closing coils , jaws , blades , jumper , cts , pts , poles of cb etc . and when required cleaning of battery set , leveling of fluid level , maintain of gravity , recording battery parameters as per norms of department , identification and rectification of faults of light in control room and switchyard to keep them in order , adjustment mechanism of cbs if required cleaning of insulators of equipments etc . when required . the parts which are required to replace will be given by upptcl at free of cost . the man power provided by contractor must have working experience required competence to carryout the work safely . 3 . manpower assistance to be used at any time of the day in emergency for petrolling of lines under jurisdiction of ee etd jhansi . 4 . any damaged property / equipments or any loss due to in competency or slow work or non availability of staff shall attract penalty / recovery as decided by site engineers . 5 . manpower assistance to be used at other s / s of upptcl within jurisdiction of ee etd jhansi . 6 . as per list enclosed ( annexure-b ) , t&p shall be provided by the contractor . , tg-ii / line man ( skilled labour ) , helper / coolies . ( unskilled lanour ) , regular maintenance of flower pots , lawn , trees , shrubs hedges , ground cover , flower beds in lawn approximate area 700 sq . metres by deputing required number of well experienced gardeners . job includes weeding out all undesired growths , watering , trimming , forking , making loose soil around plant , lawn etc . including replacement of dried plants , grass with fresh plant of same variety including cowdung manure and its spreading , with all men , material and t&p to complete the job as per direction of engineer in charge . , daily cleaning of complete control room building including battery room , toilets , bathroom , committee room with harpic / phenyl , cleaning of roads of switchyard etc . involving brooming a day , mopping daily with harpic / phenyl , dusting of walls , panels regularly with men & material . . cleaning material ie . harpic / pheny , scrub / wastage cotton cloths , broom and t&p provided by the contractor
