pickling and loading of magnesium ingots for one year process operations during titanium sponge production at tsp pickling and loading of magnesium ingots for one year , pickling & loading of magnesium ingots for one year , a . magnesium pickling ( as per production requirement ) . 1 . transportation of magnesium ingots in pallets ( 1000kg approx ) to the pickling area from stores . transportation shall be done using forklift or manually in trolleys whenever required . 2 . assistance in preparation of acid pickling bath , rinsing baths as per directions of kmml , taking necessary precautions . 3 . pickling of specified quantity of magnesium ingots ( 7-12 kg approx each ) , in dilute hydrochloric acid ( 4% ) , rinsing in water , brushing , washing , stacking of ingots in dryer . 4 . removing dried mg ingots from drier after drying , stack in pallets and weather proofing/wrapping of dried ingots in a specified manner as per direction of kmml . 5 . moving the ingots to the storage area specified by kmml authorized personnel . 6 . weighing of individual ingots before and after pickling in presence kmml authorized personnel . 7 . cleaning , changing the baths and maintain area clean . all debris , packing materials , etc shall be shifted to designated location . b . loading of magnesium ingots ( as per production requirement ) 1 . moving the ingots to the loading stand area on mezzanine floor by eot crane and manual trolleys . 2 . loading of required quantity of magnesium ingots ( 7-12 kg approx each ) in the retorts , in a manner specified by kmml authorized personnel . 3 . to avoid foreign debris , personal belongings are not permitted in the loading area . 4 . eot cranes , electric hoist , forklift will be provided and operated by the company at free of cost depending upon the availability .
