nhp supply installation commissioning and maintenance of non contact real time discharge measurement equipment in various streams in himachal pradesh under national hydrology project , supply of automated non-contact flow measurement system including: automated water velocity measuring ( non- contact radar ) sensor for velocity measurement along with water level non- contact type radar sensor for water level measurement at rivers / canal having maximum 35-meter operating vertical range and discharge measurement computing system for integration of the water velocity measuring ( non-contact radar ) sensors array covering the width of the river and water level sensors, to computing volumetric discharge as per the river cross section geometry using velocity- area method of the entire river / canal cross section and store & display the flow, mean velocity, wetted area, water level with all necessary hardware and software including ss tower as per technical specifications. , data logger with 2-ai sensor input type with one year data storage, with gsm & gprs based telemetry, antenna including all necessary equipment for data transmission, as per technical specifications. , supply of solar panel of sufficient capacity considering the site requirements, charge controller, battery autonomy for monsoon, lightning arrestor, with all connectors, nema4x box to suit flow meter, computer, data logger, and accessories. with lock, cables, cable conduits, mounting brackets, etc. , supply of workstation & color printer with ups of 4 kva a4 size with broadband internet facilities at data centre as per technical specifications , installation testing & commissioning of automated non- contact flow measurement system including, installation testing & commissioning of automated water velocity measuring ( non-contact radar ) sensors array covering the width of the river along with water level non- contact type radar sensor for water level measurement at rivers / canal having maximum 35-meter operating vertical range. and discharge measurement computing system with all necessary hardware and software as per technical specifications , installation testing & commissioning of data logger with 2-ai sensor input type with one year data storage, with gsm & gprs based telemetry, antenna, solar panel, charger regulator, batteries, lightening arrestor with all connectors, nema4x box to suit master unit with locking, cables and conduit for cables, mast to mount dcp including all necessary equipment for data transmission including ss tower / cages etc. as per technical specifications. , installation of chain-link fencing ( as per site condition ) along with lockable gates as per technical specifications for external protection of sensors and dcp at flow measurement system stations as mentioned in schedule of requirements. , installation testing & commissioning of for workstation & color printerwithupsof4kvaa4size with broadband internet facilities at data centre. , five years operation & maintenance and comprehensive warranty for automated non-contact flow measurement system including with data logger and telemetry along with accessories, installed at designated locations and workstation & color printer installed under this contract after final acceptance of entire systems. this includes replacement of material & consumable as & when required at bidders cost. the cost of communication for gsm & gprs telemetry for data transmission shall be borne by bidder. , training of the purchasers personnel at the supplier’s plant and / or / onsite in assembly, startup, operation, maintenance and / or repair of the supplied goods. course topics will include sensor calibration, system configuration, data downloading, data retrieval, collection, trouble shooting, processing maintenance requirements and procedure for equipment configuration, installation, site testing and commissioning including training kit containing course material in soft and hard copies as per technical specification.
