outsourcing of manpower and housekeeping services outsourcing of manpower and housekeeping services at nit delhi , providing of manpower & housekeeping services on outsourced basis , graduate and above ( skilled ) , senior secondary but not graduate ( semi skilled ) , unskilled ( housekeeping and mali ) - total = 54 , note:the above rate should be quoted keeping following points in mind by the bidder ( s ) :-1 . salary payable will be as per the minimum wages prescribed by government of nct of delhi from time to time . . 2 . necessary statutory compliance i . e . epf , esi etc . will be made as prescribed by the government from time to time . 3 . goods and service tax ( gst ) as per prevalent rules shall be paid by nit delhi , if applicable . 4 . bidders are required to quote the service charges for contract on a single responsibility basis such that the tender service charges cover contractors all the obligations including uniform charges etc . ( wherever applicable ) mentioned in or to be reasonably inferred from the tender document in respect of providing the manpower and housekeeping services at nit delhi . 5 . it may be noted that service charges shall not be nil . any offer with nil service charges shall be considered as unresponsive . 6 . the invoice wll be raised on the basic pay , retainer allowance ( as and if applicable ) , epf , esi .
