nsry/l/0001/13 repair of dg , tg and bpr converter sea water coolers onboard one large naval vessel at nsry ( kar ) , removal of dg ( 06 nos ) , tg ( 06 nos ) & bpr converter ( 04 nos ) coolers . the job includes the following:- ( a ) disconnect/ isolate existing power supply incoming cables and degutting of pipes/cables/panels as required . ( b ) remove all the system pipes . job includes:- ( i ) manufacturing of blanks . ( ii ) fitment of blanks with nut bolts & gaskets as per required size . ( c ) remove the grating and its foundation by cutting . ( hot work as required ) . ( d ) welding of suitable eye bolts for shifting and undertaking the job insitu . , repair of dg ( 06 nos ) , tg ( 06 nos ) sea water coolers . the job includes the following:- ( a ) pressure test the cooler for identification of the leaking tubes . ( b ) repair the leaking tubes . ( c ) undertake chemical cleaning of the cooler ( d ) . manufacturing and renewal of zinc plugs ( qty 06 each- total qty is 6*12=72 ) size of zinc plugs ( 2 . 2 cm x 8 cm each ) ( f ) insitu pressure testing of the cooler on completion of repairs/ cleaning in presence of yard and ss reps . , repair of bpr converter ( 04 nos ) cooler . the job includes the following:- ( a ) pressure test the cooler for identification of the leaking tubes . ( b ) repair the leaking tubes . ( c ) undertake chemical cleaning of the cooler ( d ) . manufacturing and renewal of zinc plugs ( qty 08 each- total qty is 8*4=32 ) size of zinc plugs ( 12 . 5 cm x 2 . 1 cm each ) ( f ) insitu pressure testing of the cooler on completion of repairs/ cleaning in presence of yard and ss reps . , fitment of dg ( 06 nos ) , tg ( 06 nos ) & bpr converter ( 04 nos ) sea water cooler . the job includes the following:- ( a ) paint the corroded foundation base plate of the cooler . ( c ) fitment of all system pipes . ( d ) successful trials of the cooler .
