environmental clearance from the ministry of environment forest , and climate change , govt . of india , preparation and submission of form-i & prefeasibility report before eac for obtaining tor . , preparation and submission of all data based on allotted tor as per notification of moefcc dated 14 / 9 / 2006and as amended time to time which are necessary for environmental clearance before state appraisal committee / environmental appraisal committee ( moefcc ) and getting environmental clearance certificate from concerned authority / moefcc govt of india . the consultant will prepare and submit the complete documents which are necessary to be entered for eia . the consultant will be responsible for the query whatsoever including environment impact assessment . it also includes coordination with state board moefcc& compliances of the law . , public consultation on the eia . , presentation of case before eac . it includes the visual demonstration of the case with environmental angle giving the stress on air , water noise & land environment along with identification of the source of pollution and remedial measure for the same . , coordination with regional office & head office of pollution control board and eac in new delhi and getting the environmental clearance certificate .
