tender for optic fiber cable maintenance work in urban area ( zone i ) of bsnl pune , excavation of trenches for replacing of all types & size of faulty of cables & trail pits , removing of soil & back filling of soil ( trench size will be 120cm deep & 45cm width ) , laying of hdpe/plb pipes/coils coupled with hdpe sockets & drawing 6mm pp rope . , laying & fixing of 65mm / 40mm gi pipes in trenches with hdpe pipes /coils inside & drawing pp rope . , providing rcc 1:2:4 protection at site to hdpe or gi pipes rein forced by weld mesh including centering & shuttering and drawing pp rope , pilot rope pulling , pulling of new of cable ( up to 96f ) , pulling of new ofcable ( above 96f ) , erection of hanging ofc , construction of rcc hand-hole of size 1 . 2 x 0 . 75 x 1 . 20 meters & provision of rcc cover engraved with bsnl rcc- 1 :1 . 5 :3 , removal of faulty of cable ( irrespective of size ) work involves removal of faulty cable from the duct /plb/hdpe pipes . rate does not includes transportation of new cable or old recovered cable , digging of pit for jointing chamber , construction of brick chamber , filling of bricks chamber with clean sand supply & placing of pre- cast rcc slabs on brick chamber and back filling of jointing pit . , pits for locating cable / faults , jcb charges for locating ofc , lifting and disposal of excavated excess material ( debris /soil ) from work site to dumping station , splicing
