complete servicing repairs to 350 kw electrically operated hot water generator i , ii installed at main ac plant of gmch jammu , complete servicing/repairs to 350kw electrically operated hot water generator-2 nos . installed at main air conditioning plant of gmch jammu . the details of work is as under : a ) repairs to the ms tank of the hot water generator-i by way of welding to the leakages with the help of welding machine and then cleaning of ms tank of both the hot water generator-i & ii with suitable chemicals after disconnecting the power supply and extracting the heating elements from the tank . b ) checking of electrical heating elements immersion type having copper tube chrome plated heating element and replacement of 07 nos . of 25kw damaged/burnt elements out of 14 elements for hwg-i & 05 nos . of 25kw damaged/burnt elements out of 14 elements for hwg-ii with new elements as per sample . the job includes repair to the panel of hwg by way of p/f of new contactors , hrc fuses ( as per sample ) by replacing damaged ones & also repair to the damaged/burnt wiring and thimbling properly , making electrical connections . complete job includes cost of material , taxes and skilled labour charges .
