tender for design of competency framework for training efficacy- indian navy , prepare:- ( a ) study existing job specifications and training objectives linked to them towards training needs analysis ( tna ) ( b ) study various roles a present day trainee can assume in future course of his career in indian navy towards job analysis ( c ) identify competencies and training for each type of role a trainee can assume in future , build:- ( a ) map identified competencies with job specifications as per selected roles ( b ) identify shortcoming in job specifications and means to mitigate them ( c ) provide tools towards a comprehensive approach to align and improve the entire talent life cycle ( d ) determine relative weightage for each skill and competency in the assessment of the trainee , sustain:- ( a ) identify and / or create training courses to better equip officers in competencies ( b ) design a short course / train nominated in officers to undertake similar study for other establishments not covered under present pilot study . ( c ) procedure to arm in to know when to review training pattern of our personnel ( d ) detailed documentaion
