appointment of architect cum design consultant for the construction of fci divisional office building at fsd port blair , i / we hereby agree to render consultancy services as defined in the agreement form and also agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in the said form . my/our fee for above mentioned architectural cum design consultancy services will be the percentage hereby quoted of the estimated cost of rs . 1 , 18 , 60 , 000/-which is as per estimated cost worked out by the corporation or as per the actual cost of the project . this offer is valid for a period of 45 days initially from the date of opening of the tenders by the corporation & with a provision that it shall be further automatically extendable for a period of 45 days
