general upkeeping and cleaning of the down stream area of left and right abutment of concrete dam and different galleries of concrete dam , clearing of grass / jungle from rockfill dam etc , r and m of dam top canteen at dhyangarh of sps . , fixed charges , supply of labour for sweeping/ cleaning of road , drains , open space , offices , staircases & landings etc . and clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the perphery of the area cleared . ( payments towards labour wages only ) ( epf and esic to be reimburse on the basis of documentary evidence ) , providing 1 no . cook along with 1 no . helper for r&m of dam canteen at dhyangarh of salal power station . ( payments towards labour wages only ) ( epf and esic to be reimburse on the basis of documentary evidence ) , to be quoted by contractor , contractor profit & over heads including cost of consumable items like brooms etc . @ 15% over above mentioned item no . 1 to 2 .
