repair and maintenance of chlorine neutralization system and chlorinetors at barave water treatment plant for 2 years . , operation & maintenance and repairs to s m polymers make 4 nos . of vacuum type gas chlorinators floor mounted each having dosing capacity 20 kg/hr & 30 kg/hr , plc base system for chlorinetor , chlorine gas neutralization system , eot crane & 24 x 7 with well trained workers for handling chlorine gas with providing and supplying all necessary and required spares , tools , lubricants & safety equipment etc . with transportation and all types duties , taxes . maintenace part of work is all equipments from inlet water line for chlorinetor to till point of chlorine dosing for pre & post chlorinetion including the chlorine gas neutralization system . regular servicing to the chlorinators twice in a month or as directed by engineering in charge .
