supply of cat eye : reflective pavement markers / road studs which shall be in accordance with mosrths circular reference no rw / nh-33023 / 10 / 97-do-iii dated 11th june 1997 , asa ( acrylic system actrylonitrite ) or hips ( high impact ploystyrene ) or abs with superior mechanical properties . the marker shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with astm d 4280 ( test report should be attached ) , reflective pannels shall be of single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection . lens shall be made of methecrylate conforming to astm d 788 . slope of retro reflecting shall be 35 + 50 degree to base ; minimum area of each reflection surface should not be less than 13 sq cm , marker height shall not exceed 20 mm , width not to exceed 130 mm . markers shall be fixed without nails , but by using twin polymer shanks using bitumen adhesive on bituminous roads as per morth clause 804 . marker shall be marked with manufacturers name . make : 3m or equivalent , shank and adhesive for fixing of cat eyes to be supplied as per manufacturers recommendations . colour : yellow , mandatory / cautionary / warning sign board of 900mm ( equilateral triangle ) made out of 03mm thick aluminium alloy sheet as per specification with engineering grade retro reflective tape of high intensity grade with encapsulated lens , given in clause 15 of irc 67-2012 . plate ii tightly bolted with post of angle iron size 65x65x5mm . the height of bottom of the board to be 2 . 0 mtr from the crown of pavement . total height of the post shall be 3 . 60 mtr and splited at bottom for anchorage . post shall be primed and zebra painted ( black & white ) with two coats of epoxy paint & any part of post below ground shall be painted with three coat of red lead paint ( all as per irc-67 ) , left turn , right turn , metal delineators ( 900 mm ) ( road way indicators , hazard markers . object markers ) 80-100 cm hight above groundlevel , painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips , fitted with 80 x 120 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular rflectorised pannels at the top , conforming to irc-79 and the drawings all complete as per clause 805 of mort & h specifications . road way indicators as per irc:79 page no . 3 figure 1 ( b ) or ( c ) , single side single w-metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail , 70 cm road / ground level , fixed on 02 nos ismc series channel , vertical post of 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced @ 2 mtr centre to centre , 1 . 80 mtr hight , all steel parts and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process , all fittings to conform to is:1367 and is:1364 , metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of ismc 150 x 75 x 5 mm , 330 mm long complete including all fitments and fastners as per clause 2703 of mort&h specifications , ( 5th revision ) and clause 9 . 7 . 2 and fig 9 . 7 of irc sp 84-2014 ( attached )
