( a ) carbon 3 . 2-3 . 6% ( b ) manganese 2 . 2-3 . 2% ( c ) silicon 1 . 5-2 . 2% ( d ) phosphorous 0 . 5% max . ( e ) sulphur 0 . 15% max . also quote rate for semi kouch and lotus roller for above mentioned rollers after de-shelling each roller shaft should be checked ultrasonically , & ultrasonic test report of each roller should be submitted . grooving in roller should be as per our requirement . . one side freight will be borne by the tenderer .
