maintenance of plants and trees at vip guest house , mohali , maintenance of plants , grass including cutting , watering , providing and spreading manure as per requirement to keep the plants healthy , removal of unwanted growth of weeds etc . and replacement of such dead / wilted plant at vip guest house cum cmd office , sec-51 , mohali with new plants of same size and heights . no extra cost of such replaced plants shall be paid . ( the contractor shall be liable to pay a penalty equal to 1 . 5 times of such plants if it is not replaced with in 7 days ) the work will also include cost of all works for planting of seasonal flowers with change of season and their maintenace for proper growth as above , in flowers beds as per site in pots eremarked for this purpose . this includes cow dung manure , sludge manure , good earth fertilisers , shrubs , trees , plants , t & p 4 nos . malis on dc rate including cost of epf , esi , and bonus , etc .
