proper preparation and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks complete all as specified and directed.note: the quoted rate must include consideringwork to be carried out on multi-storey building. 11 m&l for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10 cm width or girth by applying sand paper etc. for proper preparation and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks all as specified and directed.note: the quoted rate must include consideringwork to be carried out on multi-storey building. 12 m&l rendering 10 mm thick cm 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed. 13 m&l for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3finishingon brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement in ceiling complete. 14 m&l for applying 3 mm thickwall care putty and two coats of oil bound distemper on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specifed and directed. 15 m&l for preparing plastered or unplastered new surface of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash. 16 m&l for removal of plant growth by injection with chemical glyphosphate solution (4 % concentration) @ 20 ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30 mm. the area shall then be sprayed with solution 25 ml glyphosphate (4% conc) diluted with 1 ltr of water. the size of block shall be of 2 qtrs on each floor and vary in number of floors. all roots of plants shall be removed completely and making good the disturbed surface and painted with cement base or acrylic paint including required scaffoldingall as specified and directed. 17 m&l for repairingexisting door/ window chajjas, inverted faciaor roof slab or visible concrete reinforcementof any thickness, roof slab bottom upto 3.0m span and width 1.0m, by demolition/ scrapping of damaged portion and preparing the surfaces by providing50mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type b-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregateincluding finishing the surface by rendering 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth surface using extra cement over concrete surface and pcc benching including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating over and including priming newly plastered/concrete surface by applying one coat of primer, 2 mm thick acrylic damp proof wall care putty and applying two coat of apex paint (weather coat exterior paint) and complete making good existing disturbed surface all as specified and directed note: rate quoted deemed to include scaffolding upto g+7 bldg 18 m&l for applying two
