tender for term contract for artificer works at under age(i) coast guard noida; 1 to perform under term contract such services and execute such works on the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the mes standard schedule of rates 2009 part-i specifications and mes standard schedule of rates 2020 part - ii (rates) together with errata/amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documents, as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid standard schedule of rates during the period of 270 days from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid mes standard schedule of rates or at such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of general condition of contracts (iafw-2249) 1989 print with errata/amendments as applicable. 2 note : (i) tenderer shall insert percentage rate at the 17th row and f column of this boq excel sheet. (ii) tenderer shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) available at the 17th row and e column of this boq excel sheet to quote the percentage above/below mes standard schedule of rates. (iii) amount inserted by the mes under rate column and total amount refelected in this page is a rough guidence and reference only. similiarly the quoted amount worked out (based on percentage rate quoted by the contractor) shall also be treated as rough and for reference only. the acceptance of contractors offer shall be done for quoted percentage rate on mes standard schedule of rates. the work orders for various works/services shall be placed for amount worked out/priced on the rates contained in mes standard schedule of rates 2020 part - ii duly adjusted by percentage rate quoted by contractor. (iv) contractors special attention is invited to condition 4 (a) works to be carried out (applicable only to term contractors) and condition 56 termination of contract (applicable only to term contracts) of general condition of contracts (iafw-2249). the provision of these conditions of general conditions of contracts (iafw-2249) are strictly to be followed. 3 (v) it is an express condition of this contract that the amount of total works/services required to be done under this contract can vary to any extant irespective of the amount worked out/mentioned in this boq sheet and contractor shall be bound to execute such works/services at the rate contained in mes standard schedule of rates 2020 part - ii duly adjusted by quoted percentage rate during contract period. no claim of the contractor shall be entertained due to increase or decrease in quantum of work required to be done/work done.
