tender for horticulture and landscaping services on outsource basis , horticulture and landscaping services on outsource basis amount quoted in lump sum on per month basis , note: 1 ) the bidders will quote the lump-sumamount on per month basis . the deduction towards statutory payments should be inclusive of the amount quoted and the same would not be payable over and above the thus quoted lump sum amount . total amount quoted in lump sum / monthly composite cost shall be inclusive of total monthly cost of manpower stipulated at prevailing minimum wages as per dc rate ( inclusive of epf , esi & other statutory payments as per the relevant labour laws ) , cost of all kind of material ( inclusive of all taxes ) , cost of horticultureequipments , machinery , operational costs , levies , taxes , transport , repairs , rectification , maintenance expenses , contingencies , overhead , service / administrative charges etc . and any other cost related with horticulture and landscaping services . 2 ) goods & service tax ( gst ) / other govt . taxes ( if any ) will be paid extra as per rules applicable . 3 ) tds and other deductions shall be made as per govt . rules .
