tender for 3 nos staff quarter r.w. section, begunia for the year 2025-26. .- 1 dismantalling of cement concrete grade m15 & m20 & m30 including t & p and scaffolding wherever necessary ,sorting the dismantled material ,disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres. etc. complete.as per direction of e.i.c. 2 earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lift including rough dressing breaking clods and leveling bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the working area etc. complete as directed e.i.c. 3 filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and all labour, t&p, etc. complete i as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. 4 providing cement concrete (1:3:6) mix with 40mm size h.g. metal in foundations bed level including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges complete as per direction of e.i.c. 5 providing cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size h.g. chips in foundations upto a depth of 1.50 m. bellow ground level and upto a height of 1.50m. above ground level / bed level including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges complete as per direction of e.i.c. 6 construction of r.c.c.m 25 grade in cast-in-situ with 20 mm size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical railing post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre-to-centre spacing between vertical posts not to exceed 2000 mm as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 800, 900 and 1208.3 complete as per direction of e.i.c. 7 supplying and straightening bent up or coiled rods cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding (if required) the m.s.rods or tor steel & binding and tying the grills, hoisting, lowering & placing in proper position as required for r.c.c. works with all cost, conveyance & taxes of m.s. rods or tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & labour with all t&p required for the work etc. complete in all floors (weight of binding wires and laping of ms rod will not be considered for payment & payment will be made on weight of m.s.rods or tor steel only).as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. 8 providing fitting and fixing of m.s. doors, windows & grill gate of approved design and fixing in proper position including making holes in walls, r.c.c. structure and wood work etc. and making good to the damages to walls or r.c.c. structure including mending or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with c.c. (1:2:4) with hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm with cost and conveyance, royalities of all materials, all labour taxes with all t&p etc. complete in all floors as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. 9 distempering two coats over intrior wall surface with distemper of approved shade including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of e.i.c.. 10 finishig wall with weather seal coat two coats of approved shade to out side the wall surface including cost of all materials, labour, t&p etc. complete as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. 11 painting two coats with any approved enamel paint over a coat of approved primer to wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with t&p etc. complete in all floors as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. please enable macros to view boq information
