tender for special repair of storage godown building occupied by the asst engineer- 1 removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 16mm deep including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m leadand as per direction of the eic. 2 providing 16mm th cement plaster with (1:6) cement mortar over brick or stone masonry and cost, conveyance , royality of all materials and as per direction of the eic. 3 finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty ( water based ) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including staging charges with cost of all materials taxes. 4 providing fitting & fixing m.s. window grill including cost of grill etc. complete. 5 painting two coat with approved paint on new wood or iron workincluding cost conveyance of paint and as per direction of the eic. 6 supplying fitting & fixing vetrified tile in floors of size 600mmx600mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality i 7 providing and laying 2.5cm thick grading concrete(1:2:4) on old roof slab using 12mm and down graded size hgcb chipsincluding cost of all materials and as per direction of the eic. 8 distempering two coat to walls with distemper ofapproved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of distemper and as per direction of the eic. 9 finishing wall with water proofingweather coat of approved shade on old work one coat to give an even shade including cost of weather coatand as per direction of the eic. 10 c.b. brick masonary in c.m. (1:6) in super structure using 25 x 12 x 8cm size c.b. bricks of crushing strength not less than 35 kg/cm2 including watering for curing with cost, conveyance and royality of all the materials etc. complete 11 dismantling and removing 2.5cm thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface and removing the debris within 50m leadand as per direction of the eic. 12 providing and fixing g.c.i. sheet in roof drilling hole in wind tiles including fixing of ridge valleys wind tilesincluding cost of all materials and as per direction of the eic.
