tender for special repair to ee residence building at berhampur= priming one coat with water bound wall cement primer (outside) any approved primer over finished wall surface of approved primer including cost of primer in all respectwith cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with t&p and cess required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. 2 finishing wall surfaceof walls with cement based wall putty one coat (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with t&p and cessrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. 3 wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved quality & shade on new work to give an even shade with brush to interior walls surface after cleaning the surface including cost of plastic emulsion paint with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with t&p required for the work with cess etc complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 4 wall painting two coats with weather paint of approved shade on wall surface to give an even shade over a coat of primer including cost of brushes and putty including cost of paint scrapping, cleaing rubbing scaffloding with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with t&p and cessrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. 5 removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep (1/2”) and removing the debriswithin 50m lead including cost of all labour with t & p, cess required for the work as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 6 6mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) to ceilling of roof lintel and chajjas after chipping and chiselling the same and clearing the surface by wire brush finished smooth watering and curing for 7 days including cost,conveyance of all materials and labour with t&p & cess required for the work with taxes and royality etc complete in all respects in all floors as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 7 providing cement concrete (1:2:4) in foundation upto a required depthbelow ground level and upto a required height above ground level/bed level using with 12mm size crusher broken hard black granite chips including watering, curing,cost of all materials, conveyance of all materials to work site with additional charges, dmf 10% & emf 5% over royalty, all taxes etc all complete as per p.w.d specification and direction of engineer-in-charge 8 fly ash brick masonary in cement morta (1:6) in foundation/superstructure using fly ash brick of 23cmx11cmx8cm size bricks having crushing strength in between 75 kg to 100kg per sq .cm with diamantion tolerance + 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering& corbelling watering and curing for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalties dmf (10% over royality),emf(5% over royality)& addl.charges & all type of taxes of all materials & labour, t&p required for the work etc. complete as per specificationdirection of the e.i.c. 9 12mm (1/2”) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side brick walls after cracking out of the joint including, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, cess with t&prequired for the work with all taxes and royaltiesdmf (10% over royality),emf(5% over royality)& addl.charges , etc. complete in all respect in all floors as per direction of the engineer in charge. 10 providing 2.5cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab using 6mm size hard broken granite chips with chicken mesh including cost, conveyance, additional charges, dmf 10% & emf 5% over royalty of all materials taxes of all t&p with cess etc, required for the work etc completein all respect as directed by engineer-in-charge.
