bids are invited for repair and overhauling service - gpu bison; gpu bison; yes; buyer premises- bison ground power unit sl no 74 of 04 sqn, c/o 32 wg 1. sfc, drm and mains control card (avish make) to be changed with new one with modification for su-30 mki. 2. sfc display card to be changed with new one. 3. sfc no/nc relay to be changed with new one. 4. complete sfc and ac output system to be repaired. 5. complete repair of ac output cable and modification of dc system. 6. all capacitors of sfc to be changed with new one. 7. igbt inverter (qty-01) to be changed with new one. 8. repair of motor big sprocket. 9. replacement of hexagonal rubber coupling. 10. chain with lock assy. to be changed with new one. 11. small sprocket to be changed with new one. 12. complete brakes to be repaired. 13. ac cooling fan(qty-01) to be changed with new one. 14. all fuel pipe lines to be changed with new one. 15. repair of control panel, engine safety unit system and starter motor to be changed with new one. 16. repair of electrical power system including power audit. 17. complete repair of shorting in electrical system including replacement of required wiring. 18. fitment of all consumables which may be damaged while carrying out above mentioned job. 19. testing the serviceability of gpu 40 kva bison after completion of above mentioned job. 20. no item/spare will be returned to vendor in place of supply of new item/spare.
