construction repair & renovation of works - e type qtr at tangi tahasil at tangi for the year 2025-26.- 1 clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of grith upto 300mm removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means andstacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000m incuding removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 2 earth work in excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour ,t&p and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. 3 supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 22.5cm (9) thick including watering and ramming with cost conveyance, royalties, taxes of the materials and labour with t&p required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. 4 cement concrete m15(1:3:6) with 4cm size hard granite metal including cost,conveyance,royality,taxes,watering and curing etc. complete as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. 5 providing cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size hg chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in position, including curing, dewatering, shoring, centering & shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials requried for the work etc.complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. 6 supplying, fitting, fixing chequered tiles in floors of following size of approved make confirming to is: 13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, t&p etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 7 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) out side/face brick walls etc complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 8 16 mm thick cement plaster in cm ( 1: 6) over brick work inside surface of the wall including cost carriage royalty taxes and watering & curring etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 9 supplying, fitting and fixing of m.s. door, window and grill gate etc. complete as per direction of engineer in charge. 10 painting two coats with good enamel paint over a coat of primer / red oxide on iron works including cost, conveyance & taxes of all materials, t&p, labour charges etc complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 11 providing, fitting & fixing of 8 mm. to 12mm. thick vitrified tile ( of size 600m.m x 600 m.m ) or equivalent make of printed series confirming to is specifications having minimum breaking strength 1400 kg/sq.cm in flooring in all floors at all heights on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar(1:4) to proper slope, line and level including cutting to required size and shape, fixing at corners and splays etc. including filling the joints with silicon sealant to match the shade of vitrified tile as per the design & drawing including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking,royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, t & p, sundries, watering & curing etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the engineer-in-charge. 12 providing vitrified tile flooring using vitrified tiles of premium grade having thickness of 8 to 10mm conforming to is 13756 of 600mmx600mm colour/printed series (homogeneous) of approved quality,colour or equivalent in dados & skirting on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar of mix (1:3) laid in proper slope and gradient with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and grouted with required quantities of pigments of approved marks to match the shades of the vitrified tile if required watering and curing for 21 days including cost,conveyance,loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials,cost of all labour,sundries,t & p required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the engineer-in-charge. 13 distempering two coats to walls with distemper paint of approved shade on new work/old work two coats to give an even shade including scaffolding, staging charges with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour with t&p required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. 14 finishing walls with water proofing weather coat of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade including cost of paint. please enable macros to view boq information
