bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - office space; defect rectification of e 57 97 to 100; service provider-e-57: fwd engine room bilge hand pump handle connecting pipe deteriorated due to aging. same is required to be fabricated as per sample. material: ms along with wooden handle. all inway jobs included. securing bolts-ss. e-97: fabrication of following protective covers:- 1.1 protective cover on safety override for eng 1 override pan. 1.2 protective cover to be fitted on mcs-5 keyboard in bridge and mcr. 1.3 protective cover on emergency stop for all engines found broken on start/stop pan. e-98: fabrication of marking name tallies of sea chest valves (12 in nos.) and overboard valves (23 in nos.) as per sample. mat: brass. e-99: hydrophore sight glass and all three da expansion sight glass found blurred. sight glass to be chemically clean and proved for satisfactory operation. job including removal and refitment of sight glass. e-100: 02 in nos. bilge system valves are not holding pressure (type -sd, dia: 65 nb). valve to be overhauled and pressure up to 06 bar. job includes removal and refitment of valves. bilge system to be proved for satisfactory operation.
