maintenance and repairing related works under edd, banda. - the work of maintenance and repairing of 33 kv, 11 kv ht and lt lines due to damaged, replacement of damage cable/cable boxes/poles, materials etc. at various places under various 33/11 kv sub-stations under o&m head year 2025-26 at edsd, tindwari/baberu/pailani, banda under edd, banda-rural, including carriage of all required material from esc banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. the bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. the material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard including transportation, if any. details of the work as given below ;- 2 safely cartage of pcc poles 8.5 mtr. long from esc to site of work. 3 safely cartage ofstp pole 9/11 mtr. long from esc to site of work. 4 cartage of line material viz. weasl conductor/dog conductor, gi wire cross arm, earthing, abc cable, 11 kv xlpe cable, 33 kv xlpe cable, stay etc. 5 erection, fitting, fixing & grouting of pcc pole 8.5 mtr. long as single pole structure with fitting of all accessories ht/lt, including replacement of damaged poles & required new additional. 6 erection, fitting, fixing & grouting of pcc pole 8.5 mtr. long as double pole structure with fitting of all accessories ht/lt, including replacement of damaged poles with tf, if any. 7 erection, fitting, fixing & grouting of stp pole 9/11 mtr. long as single pole structure with fitting of all accessories ht/lt, including replacement of damaged poles & required new additional. 8 erection, fitting, fixing & grouting of stp pole 9/11 mtr. long as double pole structure with fitting of all accessories ht/lt, including replacement of damaged poles with tf, if any. 9 laying and sagging of acsr of weasl/dog conductor, including with all material as per site requirement. 10 laying and sagging of abc cable, including with all material as per site requirement. 11 laying and sagging of xlpe cable with fitting all material as per site requirement, including replacement of damaged cable. 12 laying and sagging of underground xlpe cable through hdd method trenchless, if required as per site requirement, including replacement of damaged cable (arrangement of hdpe pipe & required others materials, by tenderer on his own cost, only xlpe cable provided by department). 13 laying and sagging of underground xlpe cable with making trench as per norms, if required, as per site requirement, including replacement of damaged cable (arrangement of all required materials related to making trench, by tenderer on his own cost, only xlpe cable provided by department). 14 fixing & filling of cable jointing kit straight through type of 33 kv/11 kv. 15 fixing & filling of cable jointing kit indoor/outdoor type of 33 kv/11 kv. 16 erection of stay at digging of pit including the cost of grouting with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone in ratio 1:4:8 as per respo norms alongwith nozeling & bindeing stay set, stay. 17 ordinary earthing by 11 kv ms earth rod 2500 mm long as per respo norm. 18 straightening of tilted single support as 8.5/11 mtr. long pcc/st pole at various places. 19 re-sagging of loose conductor of 33 kv/11 kv ht/lt lines at various places. 20 replacement of damage pin insulators, including all accessories for 33 kv/11 kv line. 21 replacement of damage disk insulators including all accessories for 33 kv/11 kv line. 22 replacement of damage x-arms including all accessories for 33 kv/11 kv line. 23 chopping of tree branches coming in the vicinity of the lines during execution of the above works (one job means each work site). 24 dismentling & removal of damaged conductor with all fittings, including rolling, loading, unloading & cartage from work site to store. 25 dismentling & removal of existing/erected old & damaged pcc/stp/joist/rail poles with its accessories, including loading, unloading & cartage from work site to store. 26 note: any quantity of item from sl no. 1 to sl no. 24 may vary to any limit within the financial value of agreement against this tender.
