tender for the work of sub-station protection under edd, banda-rural (business plan 2025-26) - the work of supply and fixing 33/11 kv vcb closing coil and triping coil, bore earthing of power t/f and control room pannels, master relay, winding temperature meter & oil temperature meter of power t/fs and overhauling of different make 33/11 kv vcb at installed various s/ss under business plan scheme 2025-26 under edd banda, including carriage of all required material from esc banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. the bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. the material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard including transportation, if any. details of the work as given below ;- 2 supply and fixing tripping coil/closing coil for 11 kv and 33 kv vcb 3 water level earthing of control room pannels/power transformers (body / neutral) by boring the earth upto 80 ft. & providing g.i. pipe 1.25 inches dia & ms flat of size 75x10 mm. complete in all respect. 4 supply of master relay with model : clr, operating voltage : 24 vdc, no of no contact : 3 no contact, no of nc contact : 2 nc contact, suitablefor various make breaker. 5 supply and fixingof winding temprerature meter 6 dia having range 0-120c with mrp pointer (double contact for alarm and trip) with 3 meter long pvc capillary and brass contact 9 long suitable for 33/11kv substations 3/5/10 mva transformers. 6 supply and fixingof oil temperature meter 6 dia having range 0-120c with mrp pointer (double contact for alarm and trip) with 3 meter long pvc capillary and brass contact 9 long suitable for 33/11 kv substations 3/5/10 mva transformers. 7 overhauling of 11 kv vcb switchgears of different make with materials at different 33/11 kv s/ss. 8 note: any quantity of item from sl no. 1 to sl no. 5 may vary to any limit within the financial value of agreement against this tender.
