the work of 11 kv dtr augmentation under eudd, banda (business plan 2025-26) - the work of increasing capacity of 11/0.4 kv sub-stations from 100 kva t/f to 250 kva and installation of the same on the double pole structure/plinths at- near private bus stand, godi baba new colony, kalka chouraha baberu road, yadav mahhola dhiraj nagar, attrra chungi naraini road,sant marry school, paragi talab, tata motors bijali kheda, muktidham road near mishra aata chakki, basant vihar, bangalipura near post office (block badokharkhurd) etc. under business plan scheme 2025-26 under eudd, banda, including carriage of all required material/transformers from esc/workshop banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also carriage of old/dismentled line material/t/fs from site to store centre/workshop, if any. the bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. the material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard including transportation, if any. details of the work as given below ;- 2 supply of following materials :- 3 supply of m.s. top channal (125x65x3200) mm as per resspo manual. 4 supply of m.s. dropper channal with as per resspo manual. 5 supply of m.s. t-off channal as per resspo manual. 6 supply of m.s. base(t/f) angle with n/b as per resspo manual. 7 supply of copper l-piece 2x225x12 mm as per resspo manual. 8 supply of channal clamp with n/b as per resspo manual. 9 supply of alluminium paint with all accessories as per resspo manual. 10 supply of red oxide paint with all accessories as per resspo manual. 11 erection/instalation/fixing of following :- 12 safe cartage of 11 mtr. long st poles from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the kachha pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging. 13 safe cartage of line material viz. conductor, cable, g.i. earth wire, cross arm, angle, channel, insulator, clamps and other line material from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the kachha pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends, including the work of its dragging. 14 erection of double support on 11 mtr. long st poles, including complete h.t./l.t. fittings as per resspo manual and as per direction of engineer incharge. 15 grouting of double support on 11 mtr. long st poles, including complete h.t./l.t. fittings as per resspo manual and as per direction of engineer incharge. the support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 cu. mtr. each). 16 erection and grouting of stay set with nozelling & binding as per norms. 17 fixing of earthing rod as per resspo manual. 18 laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of lt xlpe cable 1x400 mm sq. on the newly erected line as per direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual. 19 laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of lt abc cable of size (3*120+1*95+1*16) sq.mm. on the newly erected line as per direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual. 20 safe cartage of 250 kva transformers from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the kachha pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends, including the work of dragging. 21 installation/erection/commisioning of 250 kva transformers on the newly/old erected single/doube pole/plinth structure in proper alignment and as per direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual. 22 safely loading/unloading and dismentling/demounting of old existing 100 kva t/f from plinght/double pole structure after opening of all connections, earthing & fittings alongwith safely cartage of the same from work site to esc/workshop and also cartage of following capacity t/f from esc/workshop to work site, including loading & unloading at vehicle and dragging safe side etc. 23 fixing ofcopper l-piece 2x225x12 mm as per resspo manual. 24 painting of st pole structure (dp) with alluminium paint as per resspo manual. 25 painting of st pole structure (dp) with red oxide paint as per resspo manual. 26 fixing of11 kv tpmo with fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual. 27 fixing of11 kv fuse set with fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual. 28 fixing of danger board with fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual
