bids are invited for repair maintenance and installation of plant / system /equipment ( version-2) -infrastructure works at ncccm-barc, hyderabad -1 supply and installation of emergency face and eye washers at bapm & utal. the size of face and eye washer should be 38 cm x 38 cm x 28 cm. the emergency face and eye washer should have two faucets and one water collection bowl in a circular shape. and it should be operated by hand and foot. the water inlet and out let connections should be 1/2 inch & 1 and quarter inch of bsp. the total materials should be of stainless steel. 2 supply and installation of portable pvc type emergency eye washers of 5-10 liters capacity. this work includes necssary hardware along with tap connection. 3 supply of pre-fabricated moulded granite stone (2 inch width x 3/4 inch thick x 3 feet length) to be fixed on the surface of flat granite stone of fume hoods at bapm. 4 supply of plastic trays (3 inch height x 14 inch length x 16 inch width) 5 supply and fixing of 3/4 size ss taps in wash basins of ncccm. this work includes necessary hardware. 6 supply of danger sign boards (15 inch width x 7 inch height). the material of the boards should be of mild steel of 1.0 mm thickness. the back ground colour should be in red colour and all letters in white colour 7 cleaning, brooming and mopping of mezzanine floor 7 other service areas at utal buidling. this work includes cleaning of ducts, walls and ceiling. 8 supply and installation of 75 watts led lights for street lightening. this work includes provision for separate 40 mm gi pipe (should be of length of 500 mm and half of length to be bent to 45 angle and fixed (welding) to existing electrical poles) and should paint the gl pipe with silver colour. 9 supply and filling of nitrogen phosphorous and pottasium (npk) of 25 kgs in flower pots. 10 supply and filling of compost and cocoopeta (100 kgs) in flower pots 11 12 supply of different colour rose plants and plantation in flower pots. paniting the buckets of 20 liters capacity. painting should be done on entire outer-circumference. 13 supply of 2 core 2.5 sq.mm power cable. this cable should be laid and routed to power points from nearby power source and connecting to led lights. this cable should be enclosed in a 3/4 inch pvc pipe. 14 supply and laying of 3/4 inch pvc pipe for cable run. the pve pipe should be clamped to the wall and this work includes necessary hardware for clamping the pipe. 15 supply and installation of 120 watts led lights. the led lights should be fixed to 40 mm gl pipe on the top and bottom of pipe should be mounted on the base by clamping and cementing as per site requirements. this work includes necessary fittings and hardware. 16 17 18 19 supply and installation of 80mm size cast gate valve (cast iron) for fire hydrant at dg room. this work includes replacement of 6 mm thick rubber gasket, 14 mm size bolts and nuts along with required hardware. existing castor wheels of gas cylinder trollies should be replaced by rubber type wheels(06 nos) of 10 inch size and wear nylon wheels of 5 inch should be replaced by new one of same size (03 nos), rubber tyres in hand pully trolley should be replaced by a new one of 10 inch size 2 nos and 8 inches size of 2 nos. one coat of redoxide and two coats of green colour paint should be painted for entire body of trollies and hand puller. excavation the ground soil for ubnderground the cpvc pipe line for 4 metre length and back filling soil and cemeting the over epve pipe line for movement of trollies. supply and installations of water sprinkers for gradening work. the material of the sprinklers should be brass of 3/4 inch bsp. these sprinklers should be fitted to sprinklers stand with extra fitting of gl pipe of 15 inch length of 1/2 inch bsp. 20 supply of 40 mm x 40 mm x 2 mm square pipes (length of 40 feet x 2mm thick) and flat of (90 feet should 1 inch width x 5 mm thick of mild steel. the flat has to be made in circular shape of cylinder shape and holding and locking by chain of 4mm thickness. the complete joints should be welding joints. after completion of work single coat redoxide and two coats of green colour enamel paint should be painted on the fabrication of steel structure (1 sq.m) 21 supply of adhesive stickers (of size 2 feet length and 6 inch width) to affix on the wall. the stickers should containe manes as full cylinders and empty cylinders in bold letters. 22 replacement of latches of size of 2 inch width and 10 inch height of mettalic latches for wooden doors. 5 nos 23 repairing works in 40 mm size urinal couplings ( 10 nos )and 3/4 inch water taps (10 nos ) and 3/4 inch faucet ( 02 nos) at various washrooms of ncccm
