repairing of mcc with atspanel at bs-iii in aa-iiic under ntk project.-- 1 supply & delivery at site of following spares :-over current earth fault relay [make : alstom, model : p154agile] 2 auxiliary relay [make : ge t&d , model : vaa33zg8338bch, aux. supply : 110-125v dc] 3 deputing of skilled technicians and personnel to inspect the ats in 200kw of pump no. - 2 spare at site dismantling, megar report, tests conducted as per direction of the eic. 4 carrying of the ats worksiteto kolkata workshop and back to site after repairing including loading and unloading charges. 5 repairing of the spare ats 200kw of pump no. -2 at works includes opening the coils from ats and dismantling the same, supply and fixing of new copper with double nomax, insullation, supply of varnish (elmo-50), supply & fixing of nomaxinterlayer, reassembling of the coil after winding & fixing the top core along with necessary connection and testing of the transformer complete. (rate is calculated after deducting the value of scrap copper) 6 fitting fixing of the ats starter inter connection, socketing, control wiring checking, circuit checking, with over current earth fault replacement & calibration and auxiliary relay replacement & calibration testing commisioning to the entire satisfaction of the eic.n.b.:if any defect arises within one year, agency should repair / replace free of cost.
